Hello, hello everyone! I received a mixture of sherbet requests from @Goldenbtrfly and a "coconut" sherbet happened to be on the list. I started playing around with different textures and realized a plain old coconut sherbet wouldn't be enough. So I recolored crocobaura's "Vanilla Ice Cream" and made this Pina Colada Sherbet! Which essentially is a mixture of pineapple and coconut. It sounded fun and interesting and I'm really proud of how this turned out!

If you notice, I textured this sherbet to be mostly coconut with splashes of pineapple mixed in. Also, on the side you have a pineapple ring and topping everything are coconut shavings. I'm quite proud of this one.

Wait, what?
I'm going to be honest, I'm not sure if Pina Colada sherbet is actually a thing. But hey, why not? Sherbet is essentially a sweet frozen dessert made with fruit and some sort of dairy product such as milk or cream. It's similar to ice cream in consistency but has a fruit base to it. And the term "pina colada" is used when both coconut and pineapple flavors are present. I'm pretty sure it started as an alcoholic beverage but rest assured, this does not contain any alcohol.

Details You SHOULD know...

Downloading: I have created two different buckets to contain this fun pina colada sherbet, a Simlish and English version. There is text on the side of the bucket and so I created two versions for people who like an all Simlish game. DOWNLOAD ONLY ONE TYPE. Both buckets have the same guids so for your own sanity, please download only one zip. Both contain everything you need for the sherbet to work in game so there's nothing to worry about. (They are very clearly marked)

What You Are Getting: Each zipped file has 3 items: a mesh of the sherbet itself, a English/Simlish bucket, and a custom plate for the sherbet. The original creator of this mesh, crocobaura, designed a custom plate and you need it in your downloads folder for this to work. But like I mentioned before, everything you need is in each zip. (If you have downloaded my sherbets or any other popular recolors of this mesh, you most likely have the plate in your downloads folder already)

Cooking/Serving: The sherbet has been cloned from base game gelatin, and so your sim won't need any cooking skill to pop it out of the fridge. You will find it under "Serve Dessert..." and "Make/Make Many..." if you have the OFB expansion pack. And as per the norm, it serves 6 sims.

Fork vs. Spoon Dilemma: Yes I know, you eat sherbet with a spoon. But due to my computer hating spoons, I am unable to test this and therefore have to make it with a fork. I apologize for any inconvenience or if you're offended by my use of a fork. If you really have a problem with it or want to try it for yourself I suggest trying out this thread.

Final Thoughts...

I must thank @Goldenbtrfly for originally requesting coconut sherbet, this token of creativity would not exist if it hadn't been for the request. If you have any suggestions, questions, or concerns feel free to leave a comment! I LOVE feedback! Also, on a personal note I just started college. So I'm realizing I don't have as much spare time as I used to. I will of course still be uploading, just not as frequently.

Don't forget, all creators spend a ton of time on their work so make sure to hit that "Thanks" button if you like their work. It means the world to us.

Curious to what I'm working on next? I keep and updated and brief segment dedicated to this on my profile page.
