It's a brand new building, you say? I can somewhat see that on the inside, but the outside seems more of a mashup of various 20th century architectural styles.
Particularly, the International Style of the 1930s, along with a 1950s version thereof, and to some limited degree, a bit of rather unambitious 1980s modernism.

Hi! This lot is amazing! I love all of the detail. I'm having the same problem as myown022: The link works to take me to the Tumblr, but then both of the links to download the cello, SFS and Mega, don't work.

Hi, Thanks for letting me know. I thought that Myown022 meant my link was broken. I went ahead and contacted Astraea to let them know the link is down and hopefully they can get it fixed for us. It won't hurt the download not to have it for now. The game will just replace the object with something you have, which should be the Bass. Sorry about the inconvenience. MPK

Yeah, it wasn't meant to represent any particular architectural style. Plus I don't know where you live, but where I am they don't put a whole lot of time and money into making public school buildings architectural marvels. You can view it how you like. When I slapped modern on the tags I only meant the building is one you would find in use in modern life. As for the opening in 2017 thing, well thats just a bit of whimsy on my part. Not like I have the money to give Freddie such honors in real-life so in game it is.

Thanks! I really like this lot. It's clear that you put a lot of time and thought into the layout, decor, and architecture. I hope Astraea is able to fix the download link for the cello soon!

I'm at a bit of a loss on the recolorable signs. It isn't specified whether default replacements were used or not... so I guess I'll get the non-defaults and hope that works.
