Beautiful decay! And very in-character. I've been wondering why I don't see more Fallout 4 buildings for Sims 3 - the old historical Boston houses in decay, for example; or more "atomic mid-century" style stuff. Thank you for adding this gem from the lore!

Thank you! I've started playing the old Sims Crossing world, Banyan Bend again, and needed a shack to move that Lucky Perkins from Riverview into. He's going to be a moonshiner out in the swamp. And this is the perfect lot for him! (Especially when you read EA's description for this Sim.) So THANKS, again!
