this is a large modern mansion with 5 storeys, half built into a hillside. it is fully furnished and have 7 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms in total. costs about $670,000.
the basement consists of a babies room, a bathroom, a bar and an area which double as a gaming area as well as a dancing area, beside the pool.
ground floor is consisted of a garage, 2 bathroom, a study, a living room, kitchen, dinning hall, hobbies room, and a bar.
the first floor has a lounge room with a fireplace, 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, a kitchen/bar beside a small dinning room, and another bar in the balcony.
on the second floor there is 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a gym, and a lounge room/conference room which has a panoramic view outside.
third floor features a bedroom, a lab and a lecturer hall. a single stair leads to the rooftop stargazing area.
on the left side of the house is a waterfall while on the right front side is a little circuit for the toy car. (note : after testing the circuit i find that it is possible to drive the toy car a full circle around the circuit, but my Sim seldom do it because he tend to drive the car back to the starting point after just half a circle)
at the back of the house is a swimming pool and a hot tub.
the main entrance are two front doors that lead into a foyer which surrounded a weeping willow tree.

this lot is free of hacks, but contains some necessary custom objects and recolours. i checked it and stripped down all unwanted stuff with clean installer. this lot does not require university ep.
