I am so impressed by this house. There's just so much house in it! (I hope that makes sense) I mean, the space is well used, well translated from plan to playable, and it gives me those sweet, retro feels without looking dated. Just an all-around wonderful lot.

Some lots are gorgeous but not really playable. Some lots are so tightly planned that they don't leave any room for creativity or flexibility. This is one of those awesome Goldilocks lots that's instantly sensible without limiting the shenenigans I might decide to get up to. ^_^
