Made with game version 1.38.49.1220 and originally tested with version 1.44.77.1X20

This hamper still works as a hamper but the age restrictions do not, so all Sims' clothing goes into it. I am researching a fix for that but do not have an ETA as to when it will be fixed. It's okay to keep this in your game.

This is the second hamper in my Laundry Day Stuff conversion collection. I really like the garbage can that came with the Kids’ Stuff Pack, but I’ve always thought that it looked more like a hamper than a garbage can. So once I figured out how to turn “fake” hampers into real hampers, my next task was to turn trash cans into…umm…treasure…er…laundry baskets. So after taking a crash course in Blender, I present the Simmer community with the Rightsized Thimble Hamper.

This is a standalone object that requires both Laundry Day and Kids Room Stuff to appear in your game and function properly.

Caveats
  • This hamper does not work for clothing for Teen and above Sims; however, they can still collect the laundry from the hamper and wash it.
  • Placing wet laundry in the hamper will cause a puddle to form around the bottom of the hamper. I personally think that’s kinda cute, so I left that behavior intact.
