This is really a cute lot with 4 very appealing, tasteful furnished houses including a meeting building and a lovely styled garden, made for recreation and hobby! Thank you so much for sharing it with us!

Thanks for the lot. BTW, Chris Hatch has a mod that allows for elder retirement homes. He's at mamba city now.

Thanks, glad you like it.

@Osana26 you might be thinking of his Senior'sCentre which is a day out type of scenario. They leave, have fun and return home in the blue van. He's also right here as an active member of MTS.

This is the sweetest thing I have ever seen done for grandma and grandpa Sims. What a lovely place to spend one's Golden Years on Sims

I love how well planned and laid out this is, and how thoroughly planted and decorated. I'm downloading the residential version so I can send elder sims there in large groups to enjoy their retirement in a hands-off sort of way - lots of mah jong and chatting together, and no more going to work or skilling! They'll love it.

Feedback on the layout: the two units on the right are both missing bedroom doors! It took me an embarrassingly long time to figure out why my elders kept ending up sleeping in odd places!

I just looked and you are absolutely right. Don't know how I overlooked that. I will add it to the description, thanks for letting me know.

I've been looking for something like this to use with Chris Hatch's retirement home birdbath. I look forward to trying this out.

I would be interested to know how that goes.

My playable sim refuses to eat in the community dining room. He takes food from the buffet table and immediately heads back to his own apartment to eat it. I tried removing the centerpieces from the tables, but that didn't seem to make any difference.

Chris Hatch's mod seems to be working okay. My test sim hasn't lived in the place long enough to really see the effects of it because I wanted to try get the dining room working first.

EDIT: Chris Hatch's mod works just fine with this lot. Oddly, when my test sim's family came over for a visit, they were perfectly happy to eat in the public dining room. Only the playable sims that actually live on that lot refuse to eat there (townie neighbors just go into their apartments to "recharge"). I think I have one of those mods that defines where sims are allowed to eat - I wonder if that might be causing my problem.
