The 1970s returns, again!


This is a large sprawling home featured in a Better Homes and Gardens catalog from 1972. The focal point is the large living room with stone fireplace that can accommodate a variety of layout configurations. The exterior is very attention-grabbing with its L-shape and contrasting stone + brick siding.





I happened upon this floor plan some time ago while browsing Google, as one does in their spare time (not just me, right?). The house features 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, a large kitchen with workspace, two outdoor decks, huge master suite, and lots of landscaping.
