A suburban two-storey house furnished for four Sims including a baby, mainly inspired by plasticbox's larger houses such as Newbie Road 123 , and British housing developments synonymous with the 1990's. The house sits on a 2x3 lot at a moderate lot, so there's room for a large back garden and driveways by the side of the house. There's only room for two around the TV but you can easily replace the loveseat with a sofa.

Basics Included:
Lights in all rooms

Also Includes:
Alarm clock
Dining area
Outdoor light
Security alarm
Smoke alarm
Baby essentials: Changing station, cot, high chair, and potty, as well as a toy xylophone
(Mostly) empty flowerbeds in the front and back

This lot has been checked and packaged with Mootilda's Sims2Pack Clean Installer V1.6.22
