I created the Umemoto Residence lot from squeam . Their lots are my favorite, I've actually remade a few of them! I liked it so much I figured I'd share it. I tried to make it as minimalist I could with the CC (since I have a LOT), but most everything can be replaced easily if you don't have the CC, or don't want to download it.

Getting the CC links and things of that nature is pretty annoying, I'll try my best to make other lots base game only @-@;


CC used, but not needed, the objects are easily replaceable!
I recommend at least getting the shower
