Unfurnished in comes in at 13877. With a frontage of 1, don't use it with any career that involves a helicopter (Military,Business,Politics,Paranormal)

7 Dove, submitted here many years ago is a 1x4 and is my favorite starter. I must have over 20 in my 'hood.
