Pretty neat overall design, with that side lean-to roof and the second floor terrace, although I think the entrance should be into the living room area, not into that back area. The downstairs is big enough for a small bedroom and bathroom and the upstairs bathroom should've been a 3x3, there's plenty of room.
Also, you know you can change roof angles, right? I mean the pitch of individual roof sections. That lean-to roof should have a shallower pitch, it's too steep. The main roof is probably also a bit too steep. This little house is starting to resemble a Spanish Revival, like they have in California, and the roofs pitch on those are fairly shallow because they are in a warm climate with little precipitation.

Overall though, I like the design.

Thanks for the comments. The lean-to is that angle so that the wall of it matches up with the balcony half walls. Also, I could always make another version of the house with an altered layout.

Don't make another version just because of my comments. I think you did that once before and it's hardly necessary. I just love analyzing and discussing Sims houses that I find interesting and worthwhile.
You should consider joining some of the Architecture discussion groups, such as Your own designs.
