See, this is really interesting to me. I downloaded the 50+ version a while ago and I was only able to have 20. I have since made my own mod, setting the limit at 25—but nope, still stuck at 20.

There must be something else in the game that has put a cap on it for us, but I cannot figure out what it is. If I knew which resource was responsible, I could easily—assuming it's tuning, not a script—modify it, but I cannot find it. It's strange, because I have a mod to increase the number of high school classmates which functions just fine. I wonder what it is. I've been digging for it for ages.
