I downloaded all the mods you mentioned except the concrete wall. I actually use that a lot - both in industrial buildings and in some modern designs. So it's a keeper. Your default colors are great too. Love these little houses and they match Mootilda's little row shops so nicely. I will put them in one of my hoods that mainly has such homes - but not as row houses. Love them!
