Actually each card is for one painting. If I remember well the first text was "transcripted" from Spanish and the second one, that is a translation of the first, was from English. This template is from the Prado Museum

Thanks for the info, Jim! Any chance you could make copies of the original text (or even just the template) available for download so that those of us who wanted to could make additional swatches that maintain a consistent style?

Unfortunately I didn't keep original texts :/
