The Lucky Lotus Resort (No CC)

Hello everyone! Today I'm back with a new big build for your Sims! This time, we've got a brand new hotel to add to the lineup, and it's called The Lucky Lotus. This hotel is built with an open air Southwestern theme in mind and features luxury amenities that will serve your Sims well! There are 36 VIP guest rooms, each able to sleep four Sims, as well as a fully upgraded resort tower hidden in the basement level so the resort can properly function. If you don't like the resort tower, you can always replace it with a resort tower rug and convert the basement to something else entirely.

The open lobby allows the warm outdoor air to come in and features an open air cafe and bar along with the passages to the rooms and central dining room. Inside, a full buffet waits to serve your Sims both indoors and out and features a wide variety of cuisine options. The pool is chlorinated and ready to dive in along with the nice steamy hot tub. While you're there you can always grab a nice refreshing drink at the pool bar. Finally ,the gym is fully stocked with all the latest in workout equipment to keep your Sims fit and happy during their stay.

Each of the 36 VIP rooms come with two double beds, a full bathroom, closet space, private balcony, and even a small kitchen complete with a mini bar and coffee maker. 8 elevators are available to transport Sims up and down each floor of the hotel!

I will say that this hotel is a big lot with a lot of detail. Hopefully your computers won't explode trying to download it! If not, then I hope you all enjoy it in your games! It is a perfect addition to Lucy Palms in particular! Happy Simming!

Install Instructions

Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.
