I suppose I am the only that notices that my sim can only make plain donuts and vanilla cupcakes. She was able to make a variety of cupcakes just yesterday before I installed the mod. So since she can't make anything else but those two things, this mod is useless to me.

It was another mod that removed all my sims skills I later discovered. Now I wonder what mod has blocked all baking on every stove /oven base and cc. there seems to be no update to this mod or any newer comments s0 it must be good to go. the May 27th 2021 patch killed something.

Check your stoves themselves. I know that cc stoves with custom tuning (pre installed upgrades etc) are only being recognized as cooktops. While in EA ovens may not be as nice as the cc ones you have, you may have to use one until your favorite creators realize the problem and update their stoves so they can be recognized as having ovens again.

None of the ovens are working. It doesn't matter which I use or where I place it. I bought two base ones and placed them outside. The option to bake is greyed out on the fridge and the stoves. everything was fine before that last update and I've removed cooking mods and am still scratching my head as to what is doing this. I never had problems with cc objects especially since I just started to get some not too long ago. I was only using base game objects till I got bored with the lack of options. I know for sure it's a mod. I took out bakers trait, mts food interactions. I really am lost right now.

Came here to say that this surprisingly plays perfectly nice with Srsly's Complete Cooking Overhaul. Baking recipes still show up in the oven and require their new ingredients properly. Now, I didn't take the time to ensure that every single individual recipe was there, but I saw enough cupcakes and doughnut recipes on my scroll down the new incredibly vast recipe list to be able to say it's worked.

So I thought this mod wasn't working for me, but it turns out it... sort of is? Like, the recipes don't show up in the 'Bake' menu when I click on the fridge or the stove, but I got my sim a cupcake machine to see if they just weren't showing up at all and they were there. I had her make something to see if it would work and she prepped it and used the oven, ignoring the machine entirely.
So she can make the recipes in the oven but only when there's a cupcake machine on the lot, which kinda defeats the purpose I wanted this mod for. XD

This is super helpful, because I thought it wasn't working anymore for me. I don't remember needing to have the cupcake machine on the lot previously, but maybe one of the game updates changed something.
