What a lovely sim! I've put him in my neighborhood, everything works just fine. And he is an interesting character. I had to use 7 zip program to extract content, probably because it'a a sim2pack file.

I'm glad you like him, but I'm wondering did the archive not work with WinRAR?

That's right, WinRAR didn't work with the archive, but I had no problem with 7 zip. Everything works fine in the game.
