This began when I got fed up with having no good options for the annoyingly odd-shaped 40x20 lot in Newcrest and it quickly spiraled out of control. This lot includes a karaoke bar, movie theatre, bookestore, cafe, fast food restuarant, boutique, and bowling alley. There is also a public bathroom and 2 fully functional apartments! As you can see from the pictures I have had sims wander around for a little while and everything appears to be fully functional. I have labelled it as a lounge and added the lot trait "Up-And-Coming Hotspot" so that celebrities would visit the lot, but feel free to change that as you like. I have tested it and the lot will work as a restaurant, a cafe, a retail location, a residential lot, a lounge, a bar, a karaoke bar, and a community lot. I recommend using LittleMsSims's retail mod so that employees spawn on the lot.

basement level :
-public washroom
-bowling alley
-burger restaurant
-boutique

first level:
-cafe
-movie theatre first level (snack bar, VIP theatre, and washrooms)
-outdoor seating (in front of cafe)
-bookstore
-community notice board (near vehicles)

second level:
-apartment 1 (thrifty and colourful)
-movie theatre second level (nice public theatre and less nice public theatre)
-karaoke bar first level (rest area and washrooms)

third level:
-apartment 2(high-tech and minimalist)
-karaoke bar second level (main karaoke level with 3 private rooms and one public karaoke spot)

fourth level:
-top of apartment building with gardening area and shed
