Just an FYI this Sim contains the dreaded broken counter. You'll want to break her apart to take the counter out.

So what I do? I cant install it

Start with this tool https://www.modthesims.info/d/36403...-sept-2009.html
This will break apart a sims pack into packages. After you do this open all the packages and find the counter and delete it. She comes with other CC as well that will be packages. What I normally do is rename those packages to what they are and either combine them into one package with her name so I know what CC belongs to that sim so if I have an issue or anything I can find it easily.

Once I have cleaned any bad CC I will drop the sim package and her CC into a testing folder in my mods folder. I then load the game and go into CAS I edit her the way like her and Export her out to simspack and save her to my bin. Then after I close out the game I go grab the new simspack and save it somewhere as a clean version. I get rid of the CC and whatever I don't want to keep out of my mods folder.
