I might look like an idiot but are you absolutely sure that your curtains (the ones from the fireman too) don't override the original Maxis Loft Curtains? I had installed 3 lots of items with curtains in the last 3 weeks and one of them did this deed. Simnuts I had checked so I am suspecting you. Could you have a look into it please?

Hmmm, no response as yet. After a very lengthy of elimination I found positive proof that your fireman curtain does override the Maxis ones. I have also written this on the fireman site.
