Gorgeous. I love how you have interspersed the brick & white paint on the outside. Gives the building a lot of classic texture. A nice sim-friendly floor plan that looks great.

Truly gorgeous work on your newest lot, patul! I especially like your use of brick, columns, staggered levels, and positioning on a cornered lot
