How low do these sit on the boys bodies? Too low for normal Maxis length tops?

Yes there will be a gap in between the pants and the waist if used with a Maxis top.
Use fanseelamb's untuckable adult male tops and there will be no gap.

You expect people to pay for those hairs?!
