I love it how it only requires a basegame, as many houses require nightlife. (Which I don't have) So anyways, big kudo and thanks for making this awesome looking house, and another for making it with the base game.

Oh my gosh, how inventive! The design is so unlike most of what I see (not to knock those houses, but this is so original). I love the brick "Y". The floorplan looks usable too, although I'm not sure what I would do with the diagonal hallway between the living room and bar area. Maybe use the 45 degree cheat to put some bookshelves in there? Or perhaps make it an art gallery area?

OMG! This is soooo modern looking! What a fabulous design! I love CatOfEvilGenius' idea of the art gallery in the diagonal hallway! This is a must have house. Many many thanks for your genius and generosity.

this is great i wish i t was on a bigger lot so I can renivate it a little bigger pool is my only real complaint and larger yard but the house its self is great

Great house, I especially like that it's only got one floor! Is there any custom content, though? You don't mention that at all.
