Beautiful lot and great work on it, it looks exactly like the original !

Very clean and minimalistic, my sister noted that "everything is upstairs". It's great for a small fam or couple, I had a lot of fun with this house.

I don't know why, but I can't get the sims in the lot without the game crashing at the loading page, also is says "For Sale -$1,something,something" (minus over a mill)

That happened to me once with a different house and i'm not sure why, Did you make sure you have Tiggy's Metro Window set?

Crashing isn't good, but I would think "Price: -$1,000,000+" would be. It happens to me with some lots, and the Sims I place in don't pay (or owe debt).
