Unzip and place in your Sims3/Downloads folder. Double-click file or start EA's game launcher. Click Downloads. Click box. Click Install.

Creator, why have such small bedrooms?

I love this. The house is amazing, and everything is fantastically decorated. I especially love the stables. It makes me feel a little bit claustrophobic though, but I will definitely try it out

Im glad people enjoyed my first shared creation. The cow item comes with Riverview, I believe it is in the outdoor misc decorations. Its just a cardboard stand, not a real cow unfortunately.
