Love this! Very simple, but quite functional. Thank you - I needed a nice starter besides the crappy literal shacks that came with the game. Oi.

You are back, in sims 3! It is great to see more new work from you I love this starter home, i couldn't believe the price when i saw it, and i must say your terraforming is superb thanks!

Starters are always a real challenge for me, rarely succeded in building a decent starter but I love to see how other talented builders manage them. This one looks a little lovely nest, ready for the damned little puddings, what they can wish more? Thanks and ciao!
