I love this sims, he looks soo gorgeous, but unfortunately I already, I'm new to modthesims, have installed all the patches, I now have the 2.2.8 update and therefore I can't use the slider hack and when I upload him, he appears without his gorgeous hair, any idea how to fix this?

Now about your problem I have to ask you first, did you download the hair before you download him?
Or do you have the hair already in your game?
If you did download the hair it should show up in game.

Please download the hair first from the link I provided above then you re-download him and go to CAS Premade Sim to see if his hair show up.

And about the slider hack, you don't need it at all if you don't plan to tweak his face.
Just make sure you don't use the slider at all, not even a single one cause it will change his face and you cannot fix it after that.
But you still can change/recolor his skin, hair, eyes, outfit, etc.

Please try it ok and you can come back here if you still need help.

Although I have a problem, with this specific download at least, your tattoos work and everything but Armand doesn't seem to show up. I have helper monkey, installed Armand successfully I'm assuming since it didn't alert me with a problem.
He's supposed to be in there with the already created sims right? because if so, he doesn't seem to be showing up. I'm also pretty new to modthesims so help would be awesome, thanks

No problem at all.

I think you should put the sim file to SavedSims folder here:
Document/Electronic Arts/The Sims 3/SavedSims

Not in Download folder (Program Files)

I never use Helper Monkey to install sim files. I did it by myself.
More 'clicks' but it always works.

I just have one q though....It says you need the Rick+Delphy's Slider Hack, i clicked on the link but it gave me a list of options to why i couldnt see the topic. Is there anywhere else i could download the slider hack?

edit: i downloaded the Awesomemod but do i still need the r&d slider hack?

You don't need slider hack at all if you don't plan to tweak his face.
He'll show up in your game/CAS the way he is.
And Awesomemod is the same thing with Delphy's slider hack so it will works.
