This is a fantastic tool, but unfortunately even with every patch updated and no mods or CC (fresh install of every exp and stuff pack today), I am getting the "it looks like you have installed an unofficial game mod that does not match your current version of The Sims"... I am about to lose my darn mind over this. I have tried everything I can find on the internet and I know with Sims 4 out, that this thread is basically done. But if anyone has a suggestion?

My system definitely has the specs to run the game, but I have not been able to play in so long that literally all I want for Christmas is a veg out day of simming.

If this is a fresh install, how did you uninstall it before? If you just used the standard way it still leaves old files behind which may be interfering with the new install. Try uninstalling again following these instructions and once you are sure the game is completely removed from your system, re-install again. :-)

i finished paching the sims 3 base game The Sims™ 3 1.67.2.024017 but when i attempt to play,after i click on play button on the game launcher,it ask me to enter registration code,i entered the code that appear at your application,but theres a pop-up telling me that the key is invalid and won't let me play the game.
What to do?

Complete install from Origin for a new machine, yet five of my games didn't have the full update. Launcher repeatedly said fully updated. (I had not run superpatcher yet, who knew the Origin install would not be patched to the latest?

Impressed to be able to get the specific patches. Thank you.

This won't install. I don't know if you still read these, but when I press the button it does nothing. I'm running version 1.0.615.00107, on Windows 7 32 bit.

Every update was rejected because of game region incompatibility. My game was hosed by using Origin's repair option (under the direction of tech/phone support from EA). Is there something else I need to do? I have no idea which game region Origin uses, also their version of the game was an earlier version than mine. Should I reinstall all my disks again?

* Update* I reinstalled my disks and now the Superpatcher installs and three things, the base game, world adventures, and one other needed updating. The last installation had some notice to it, but still appears to have installed.

Thank you for putting this together - it's amazing and makes me wonder yet again why they can't do something like this at EA.

Addicted to The Sims since 2000.

When I try to double-click an update (i extracted it to my desktop) then its pops up witch a message saying that "The installed version of the application could not be determined" Someone please help, my game has been really laggy and I just want it to be right again. If someone could reply to me ASAP that would be wonderful. Thanks so much!
