I did everything right,put .sim file in savedsims and .package in packages but he still wont work....

Help me pls,i really wana have him.Just write what u did to make him work.

it wont work
i did everything i was told to do put ryan in my saved sims folder and the ryan mask in the package folder and in cas he comes up with black texturless skin with his hair recoloring with the body
