it is beautifully done!! just one question...is it truely necessary to have the "holiday" ep? I can't seem to find that ep to purchase it...thx

I know that someone has been able to download one of my houses without having the stuff packs, and it worked fine, but I'm not going to guarantee that will work for everyone.

If you want to find out, just install and see what happens. ^^,
If it doesn't work, it may cause your game to crash, though.
