its called Starlight Shores, kinda a retro hollywood or Miami beach feel in my opinion. If you go to the Sims 3 site, there a chat video where they show it.

Unfortunately, I don't think I'm going to be able to use this is Starlight Shores after all. Its an incredible looking house but the terrain is very specific to 120 Wright Way in Sunset Valley. I tried a couple of other lots in other neighbors, and the lot looked like a plateau.
