I download the phone, open rar. it said windows can't find this file. Doesn't look like anything is in the file.Any suggestions?Thanks.

I added the instructions in the mod's description already. Why don't you try following it?

I did, I know how to use them big sim player well with the sim1 &2, 3 I don't know about I read everything added the file just not showing up in the game, maybe its something new I'm missing. I will go over this again. Thanks.
