Default Apocalyptic/destroyed terrain paints
Hi!

I deleted the old thread because some of my terrain paints are outdated and I'm creating new textures. I learned too much from the The Merrye Makers project.
This thread will be more sorted, with better screenshots that makes it easier for you to see, how a texture will look in your game.

Maybe you want to add your own textures? Feel free to post them here.
Have fun with your own apocalypse!

First Set: Craters

8 terrain paints for CAW as .dds files and ingame as .package files.
I attached screenshots from CAW and ingame (can be found in buildmode under > terrain paint > rocks). All textures have bumpmaps.

The .dds files are going into your CAW "SourceTextures" folder (My Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3 Create A World Tool\UserToolData\SourceTextures).
The .package files are going into your "Mods" > "Packages" folder (My Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Mods\Packages).

These are excellent! Great work, VampireSim.

You should put the package files in the upload queue so that they get posted in the Downloads section- that way you will get thanks and a download count for them.

I will choose a path that's clear- I will choose free will

Thanks simsample! That means a lot to me.

I uploaded these textures for the Apocalypse project as fast as I could. Therefore I prefered to upload them here. Maybe I'll upload them later on modthesims.

ohsweetsantacrist... THESE ARE AMAZING! ^.^

Would you mind if I used these in a map that I'm working on? I may or may not upload it when I'm done, depending on how it turns out, but I would absolutely love love love to use your textures in it!
