I believe that the only thing major out of IP is the jacuzzi, which I think fits the apartment rather well. But you can replace and rearrange to your heart's content! Thanks for the support!

Unfortunately I believe it uses quite a bit of content from Ambitions. Haven't played this apartment in awhile, so I'm not exactly sure what is used, but I do know that laundry, which is included in this lot, is a part of Ambitions. But I don't think there's anything game breakingly absent.
