The fact that I'd consider this a "must have mod" says some pretty pathetic things about The Sims 4, considering just how simple, versatile and vital this basic thing is. I mean honestly... proper carpeting has to be done with custom content now? Because last I checked, numerous carpet styles has been one of the most reliable things in the Sims series, right up there in the "always present in every sim game" category, like pools. However, unlike pools, this doesn't require complex new coding to make. It's just a floor. Was really confused when I realized they'd done such a poor job on carpeting of all things.

That being said, utmost thanks to Snaitf for bringing this basic necessity to us. :) It can be the simplest things that make the most difference.

Seems like the more I play, the more I miss Create-A-Style. Even just being able to change the color of things, but not the patterns, would make an enormous difference. But we're back to the old days, where recolors are a valuable commodity.
