Since I made it, yes, I do know

My mod does not affect enthusiasm and badge gain rates. Sims will start earning enthusiasm and badge points when they start crafting the object, as usual, and will stop gaining when they stop crafting. Because the object takes less time to craft and enthusiasm/badge gain is a set amount per time unit, they will get less enthusiasm and badge points per object than they would without the mod. However, enthusiasm/badge gain over time will be the same since I haven't edited those in any way.

No, it does not affect reagent crafting, it uses it's own code separate from the other kinds of crafting. But Cyjon has a mod for faster reagent crafting if you are interested, faster reagents.
