The chair looks very nice, but the polygon count is quite high for a one-tile object, over 6000. I think it would be a good idea to inform people about the polygon count if it goes over the recommended limits .

Im trying to reduce it but it all fails usually in 3DMax
What is the best way 4 this?

I'm only familiar with Milkshape, but haven't really done any polygon reducing myself because I make my meshes from simple elements. Reducing the polygon count from 6000 to something like 1000 that way may not produce the best results. The best way might be to try to just redo the mesh from scratch using the original as a reference, and also delete all the hidden faces, like the ones below the chair that nobody can see in the game.
