I was reading some of the how-to guides on uploading a great house so that it wouldnt be rejected and whatnot and it explains that the best thing to do is either your house or houses in your neighborhood until you get used to the tools and whatnot. So, this is actually my house ... tweeked so that sims could easily manuver of course 
I know that shells, or houses that are unfurnished, are not enjoyed....but in order for everyone to be able to check it out, I decided to do it this way and hopefully not get in trouble
The lot has 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms.
It was built on a 3x3 lot.
The price is $27,085
Everything is maxis made, there is no need for custom content.
I have every expansion, but only NL is required (for the driveway)
This is a house that me and my dad purchased from my grandmother. The house has tarrazo floors and all white walls except for the bathrooms which have this weird shade of yellow wallpaper. We have a florida room which is right off of the living room and right infront of my room. We have an island in our kitchen that goes up against a wall that just seems to be in the middle of nowhere. The master bedroom has its own little porch area that used to be screened in. The reason the walls are all white is because they were this weird shade of blue with dark spots in some places and peeling paint in others, so we just went ahead and took a weekend and painted over all of that stuffs. We plan on making some home improvement soon, so if you guys dont get this download removed, I might make a revised one
