Honestly, I loved the storyline in The Sims 2. It just never got any better than that. The transition from The Sims 1 to The Sims 2 was remarkably well done, with the exception of a few characters (like, ahem, the Roomies). But other than that, it's really nice to just be able to buy these images and hang them up. Really is homey.

I agree with K6ka, they'll never be able to match the awesomeness of the story line in TS2.
