This looks useful. There was already a mod for this back in 2006 though, available here. It hasn't been updated for ages but I use it and Servos are able to use showers, go into hot tubs and pools, and even swim in the ocean with no trouble at all. I'm not sure if there's anything in that mod that needs updating, though.

I saw that, but I didn't want completely waterproof servos. I just wanted them to be able to clean and repair the shower.
