I'm looking to see if anyone made the baby into a object or if there is a way to make the baby into one with blender or something

Other than that, it's really easy - just extract the baby mesh with S4studio (it follows the baby bed) and open in Blender. You can use TSRW instead, if you want to start out with an OBJ mesh for Milkshape. You'll probably need a tutorial to create the object (I've only extracted stuff for converting into TS2).
