How to make Cars

i have a lot of 3ds files but how can i make it in packages and how it can be used as a car in sims 3?

Dude, cars used to be VERY hard to make in TS2, and TS3 modding is still young. Do you actually know the basics of TS3 modding before trying to jump over to cars?

We don't do requests here, but you've gotten some info on how to get started making your own. Nobody's born knowing how to make stuff - everyone has to learn, make mistakes, get better, and keep trying. You can too.
