"Open hand" glitch.
I have searched all over the internet for a solution to this problem. I have two reward certificates that only give me to option to grab them. I want to be able to view the certificates but I can't.

Note: I am not getting the "clenched hand" glitch. This is an open hand problem. It is as if I am in buy mode with these two certificates.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
