If you look at the ini files when you open Twinbrook in S3Pe, you'll see which ones you want; they usually have remarks written in them like 'this modifies the sky options'.

Once you exported the ini files, you then just need to open up the world you're working on in S3PE and Resource> Import from file to import the ini files.

It should do, are you perhaps trying to save over one of your game worlds (Sunset, Twinbrook etc.)? If so, make a copy of the world in your Documents folder and save it there.

If that's not what you are doing, then what is the error you are getting? Make sure you have the latest S3Pe.

Well I import the world into s3pe, then import the ini files into my world. Then when I click save it doesnt save the world but opens up a new save as a DBPF package not a .world one. So I'm unsure what to do really.

When you say 'import the world', is that what you are really meaning? Because what you should do is to open the world with S3Pe, then import the resources. That way you just click save, and S3PE will save it as a World file.
