MY pool is BLEh, HELP!
Hey, I can't find the right forum for this so I decided to post it in the one with the most recent ep i own.

My sister and I use two different computers to play the sims and her pool has the nice effects like this
while mine looks flat and blandish lue, our graphic settings in game are the same unless i over looked something, can someone help me? Is there a way i can get my pools to look like that?

i cant post a pic so go to my website :) T.H.C.G.

Maybe she has a better graphics card than you do? Try turning your settings up and leaving her the same and see if that makes any diference. Other than that, I'm not sure why that would happen, sorry.

Does your sister have any hacks installed that might do that to her pool?

It looks bad in my game as well. I'm pretty sure it's your grahpic card :]

Shaders? That looks like one of the pictures HP posted in another thread demonstrating the difference shaders and reflections make.

I am Ghost. My husband is sidneydoj. I post, he downloads, and I wanted to keep my post count.

A lower graphics card will make the ripples dissapear. A higher one will make them appear. You can try turning your shaders on, but I'll warn you that if your card can't handle them, it'll crash your game.
